Abstract:With the analysis of the former control method of the arcsuppression coil with magnetic bias, the paper proposes a new method for automatically tracing the capacitance current of power system, which measures singlephasetoearth capacitance current of the power network by measuring neutral point current and its phas angle difference. Then the principle of controlling two arcsuppressions is presented, and this method is simulated and analyzed, based on which we have developed a tuning controller. And the block diagrams of the tuning controller′s software and hardware are presented. The method is validated on the low voltage simulation network, and the result shows that the error in measuring capacitance current is less than 2% and the transient process of compensation is less than two cycles. The method obviously improves the precision of capacitance current calculation and will be further used in practice.This project is supported by the Foundation of the National New Products Program(2002ED620004).

摘 要:通过对偏磁式消弧线圈原有控制方法的分析,提出了新的电网电容电流自动跟踪测量方法,即通过测量中性点电流及其相角差来检测,进而提出了消弧线圈的双机控制原理,并对该方法进行了仿真分析。研制出基于上述原理的调谐控制器。给出了控制器的软硬件框图,并在低压模拟电网上进行了实验。实验结果表明该方法电容电流检测误差小于2%,动态过程的时间小于2个周期。该方法显著提高了电容电流的计算精度,并将进一步在实践中应用。

0引言
随着经济的发展,消弧线圈自动跟踪补偿装置得到了越来越广泛的应用。消弧线圈自动跟踪补偿装置除了具有调节方便,无须停电,精度和动作成功率高,能限制弧光接地过电压及谐振过电压等优点外,能自动跟踪系统电容电流的变化是其重要特点[1]。
实现消弧线圈自动跟踪调节的关键在于在系统正常运行时,准确快速实时地测量出系统对地电容,据此计算出单相接地电容电流[2]。针对此问题本文提出了新的电容电流的精确计算方法。 1原偏磁式消弧线圈及其控制
1.1偏磁式消弧线圈
偏磁式消弧线圈[3]是一种随动式消弧线圈,它采用全静态结构,具有可靠性高、调节速度快、调节范围宽且可在承受高电压时调节电感值的特点,是一种很有发展前途的消弧电抗器。它的工作原理是通过改变励磁绕组中的直流励磁电流,使铁心的磁导率发生改变,从而实现工作绕组电感L的连续调节。无论是在电网发生故障时,还是在电网正常运行时,偏磁式消弧线圈的电感值均唯一由励磁绕组中的控制电流决定,由此可见,我们只要精确地提供励磁绕组中的控制电流就可以准确地调整消弧线圈的电感。
